Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LookBetter (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

LookBetter is an AI-powered appearance platform offering tools including face analysis, skin analysis, hairstyle preview, virtual try-on, and AI headshots. Each tool run consumes credits from your account balance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Your Photos

You retain ownership of every photo you upload and every result we generate for you. By uploading a photo, you confirm it is either of yourself or that you have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate your requested output. As detailed in our Privacy Policy:

• Source photos are automatically deleted after 30 days of upload.
• Generated results are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• Your photos are never used to train AI models.

You must not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, or depicts a minor other than as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or that depict another identifiable person without their consent.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Credits, Payment, and Billing

• The service is credit-based: each tool run consumes a fixed number of credits, shown before you run it.
• New accounts receive a starting grant of free credits on signup.
• Credit packs and subscription plans are billed at the price and cadence displayed at checkout, handled by our payment processor.
• Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, non-refundable once consumed. If a tool run fails due to an error on our end, the credits for that run are not charged (or are refunded).
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your uploaded photos and generated results as described above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings, which will delete your stored photos and results in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. AI-generated results (analysis, previews, or headshots) are provided for informational and creative purposes and are not professional medical, cosmetic, or styling advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
