How credits work in your studio
Where to check tool costs, view your balance, add credits, and review previous runs.
Credits are used when you run a tool. Different tools have different costs, so the most useful place to start is the cost shown beside the action in the studio.
Check the cost before running
Open the tool you want to use, add the required photos, and review the displayed credit cost. Hairstyle previews, virtual try-on, analysis reports, and headshot bundles do not all use the same number of credits.
The current amount shown in the tool is the amount to use when planning a run. For headshots, check the cost of the bundle before you generate.
Know your available balance
After signing in, open Credits to see your balance and credit activity. If your balance is too low for a tool, add credits before trying again.
Your History shows previous tool runs and their status. Use it to revisit a result or check what happened to a run.
Choose a credit option
The pricing page shows the available credit packs and subscription option, including the current price and included credits. Compare those details with the tools you want to use.
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. A subscription provides credits through a recurring plan. Review the billing interval and credit validity shown for your chosen option before checkout; they are separate details from a tool's per-run cost.
If a run fails
When a tool run is marked as failed, its credits are returned. Check the run in History and your credit activity before starting another attempt. If you are unsure what happened, use the site's support option to ask for help.
A result you decide not to use is different from a failed run. Review your photos and any style description carefully before generating.
